HKNY Entertainment manages the production side of the residency, including:

• Host pacing and run of show

Venues do not need to manage performers, creative direction, or monthly programming changes.

What Venues Handle

Venues continue to control what they already do best:

• Food and beverage service

• Staff scheduling

• Table flow and reservations

• Bar scheduling

Tribute Brunches are built to support service, not compete with it.

Space & Tech Requirements

Tribute Brunches work best in venues with:

• A designated performance area or stage

• A professional sound system

• Brunch service already in place

• Seating that allows for visibility

This residency does not require:

• Complex lighting

• Additional staffing

• Major room reconfiguration

Scheduling & Cadence

Most venues run Tribute Brunches:

• Once per week (e.g. Saturdays or Sundays)

• On a predictable monthly schedule

• At the same time each week

The consistency allows guests to:

Bar-First Philosophy

Tribute Brunches is designed around bar service flow.

That means:

• Pacing that aligns with ordering patterns

• Hosting that encourages drink movement

• Energy peaks that support sales

The goal is to enhance the brunch experience - not interrupt it.

Fees & Ticketing

Venue Fee:  $300 for 2 hours of programming

Ticketing:  Tickets are sold and managed by HKNY Entertainment.  Ticket revenue is retained by HKNY to pay talent and operate the program.

Venues retain 100% of food and beverage revenue.

This separation keeps costs predictable and operations simple.
